We engage in the training and development of freshers who are given intensive classroom training coupled with on the job training before successful deployment in our workforce.

Employees of Saksoft are proud to support local communities through corporate citizenship and charitable contributions. One of the ways in which Saksoft touches our local communities is through Charitable Giving. Saksoft is a supporter of local orphanages and homes for the elderly. Our employees visit some of these institutions and contribute generously of their time and in kind. We participate in local marathons to raise money for charity and also donate generously to national and local relief organizations.
